Take it to Heart - Fish MP3 Sound Clip

Fish comes in so many varieties and can be prepared in many ways. The Heart Failure Center.com is reminding you to take the time to go to the seafood counter in your grocery and ask for fish that is in season right now. Depending on where you live you will be able to enjoy fresh or saltwater fish year round.

Contrary to popular belief, new studies show that cholesterol levels are very low in most seafood products. Fish is definitely high in good cholesterol and nutrients. Whether you are cooking at home or dining out you can't go wrong with baked, broiled, or grilled fish!
